Tax planning is complex, and we want to ensure we can help you as quickly as possible! Following these instructions will help to simplify this process for you and allow us to tackle your tax planning quickly and efficiently.

Please follow these instructions for uploading:

  • Upload the bulk of your items at one time. This way we can dive into your return and ensure nothing gets left behind. Use your judgment, and do not wait until the last minute.
  • Ensure your documents are legible. Scanned PDFs are always preferred if at all possible. If scanning with your cellphone or tablet, several free apps can convert a picture to a pdf.  For example: Adobe Scan: PDF & OCR Scanner on the App Store (apple.com)
  • Each tax document should be a separate file to ensure nothing gets missed.
  • Even if a page looks blank, please upload the entire document.
  • If you have charitable donations over $500, we need detailed receipts with the value of the donation and the description on each slip.
